- 1 grated tomato
- Fleur du sel
- Anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea
- White anchovies in vinegar olmeda Origenes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 spoon of parsley
- 2 slices of bread
Directions:
1. Season the grated tomato with extra virgin olive oil and fleur du sel to taste and spread on the slices bread.
2. Place the anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea and the white anchovies Olmeda Origenes on the bread one by one.
3. Sprinkle parsley and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olmeda Origenes.
4. Eat and enjoy!
