
13 Oct Olmedatelier: Sardines and Piquillo Peppers Salad Olmeda Origenes
- 1 tin of Piquillo peppers from Navarra
- 1 tin of Little Sardines from Galicia
- 1 Scallion
- Fleur du sel
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
- Slice the Piquillo peppers in strips and put onto a plate
- Gently place the Little Sardines above the pepper
- Add chopped scallions
- With the bottle of extra virgin olive oil, drizzle over the salad to taste
- Sprinkle fleur du sel
