  1. Slice the Piquillo peppers in strips and put onto a plate
  2. Gently place the Little Sardines above the pepper
  3. Add chopped scallions
  4. With the bottle of extra virgin olive oil, drizzle over the salad to taste
  5. Sprinkle fleur du sel
