During these days we have received many colleagues who have visited us from different countries: Mauritius, Italy, all parts of France, USA, Croatia, Finland, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Australia, Hong Kong, Hungary, South Africa, Thailand, Japan, Denmark and much more!. It was a great opportunity to taste and share our novelties such as paprika flakes, regañás bread, gildas, black pudding and truffle Jerez cream and chef Solutions. All our visitors were able to enjoy and share with us the #bestspanishfood.

There were also many chefs who came to our stand and were able to taste our collection of cheeses including our famous manchego DOP, idiazabal, mahón, tetilla, boquerones en vinagre, cooked Iberian ham and our entire selection of cured meats including Sobrasada.

It is worth mentioning that one of the biggest attractions of our stand was our acorn-fed Iberian ham with 5 years of curing, as well as our innovative cooked Iberian ham that surprised everyone.

Sirha gave us the opportunity to reconnect with many colleagues and friends, and to showcase our products.
