  1. Cut the ¨chistorra¨ in slices
  2. Crush the potatoes chips
  3. Whisk the eggs
  4. Fry the ¨chistorra¨ slices in a frying pan.
  5. Add the potatoes chips with the ¨chistorra¨ and
  6. Add the eggs and cook until it is softly set
  7. In a forming ring, add the mixture and fit it
  8. To the presentation add ¨chistorra¨ slices and season with extra virgin olive oil and smoked sweet or hot spicy paprika to taste
