- Chistorra Olmeda Orígenes
- Potatoes chips
- 2 eggs
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olmeda Orígenes
- Smoked sweet or hot spicy paprika Olmeda Orígenes
Directions:
- Cut the ¨chistorra¨ in slices
- Crush the potatoes chips
- Whisk the eggs
- Fry the ¨chistorra¨ slices in a frying pan.
- Add the potatoes chips with the ¨chistorra¨ and
- Add the eggs and cook until it is softly set
- In a forming ring, add the mixture and fit it
- To the presentation add ¨chistorra¨ slices and season with extra virgin olive oil and smoked sweet or hot spicy paprika to taste
