Ingredients:
- Slices of Bread
- Kumato Tomatoes
- Little Sardines in Olive Oil Olmeda Orígenes
- Manchego Cheese Olmeda Orígenes
Dressing:
- One spoon of sugar
- Sherry Vinegar from Jerez Olmeda Orígenes
Directions:
- Place one slice of tomato in the bread
- Put the sardines over the tomato
- In the bottom of everything carefully place the slices of Manchego Cheese and put in the oven to melt.
For dressing:
- Mix the sugar and the Sherry Vinegar and cook for 30 minutes
