- Cooked Octopus Olmeda Orígenes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olmeda Orígenes
- Smoked Sweet Hot Spicy Paprika Olmeda Orígenes
- Fleur de Sel Olmeda Orígenes
- Forming ring
- Cook the potatoes with the Octopus juice until they get soft
- Smash the potatoes
- Slice the Octopus´ tentacles
- In a forming ring, place alternately layers of mashed potatoes and layers of sliced Octopus.
- Season with extra virgin olive oil, smoked sweet or spicy paprika and the fleur de sel
