1. Toast the bread after breaking it in two

2. Spread a generous quantity of sobrasada Olmeda Orígenes in the toast

3. Add a big slice of the Mahón Semicured Cow Cheese

4. Roast the bread until both ingredients are melted

5. Finally add 1 spoon of Honey Olmeda Orígenes to get the extra special touch
