  1. Cover the baking tin with parchment paper
  2. Place the Iberian Ham slices on the baking tin, cover with parchment paper and crisp up for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C
  3. In the meanwhile mix the Cueva Blue Cheese with Cream Cheese
  4. Chop the crispy Iberian Ham and add in the cheese mixture
  5. Carefully spoon about a table spoon of the cheese mixture into each pastry tartlets
  6. Sprinkle little slices of Iberian Ham in the top of the tartlets
