27 Jul #Olmedatelier: How to make Gazpacho at home

Ingredients:
• 1 Kg. of mature tomate
• 1 fresh onion
• 1 cucumber
• 1 green pepper
• 1 clove of garlic
• Fleur de Sel Olmeda Orígenes to taste
• 2 tablespoon of Sherry Vinegar from Jerez Olmeda Orígenes
• 4 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olmeda Orígenes
• 100 ml of water
Directions:
1. Clean the tomatoes, the red pepper, the green peppers and the peeled cucumber to cut them in pieces and join them all together into a bowl
2. Use the mixer to obtain a light cream
3. Add the salt, the vinegar and the extra virgin olive oil, after that beat it
4. Use a strainer to filter the gazpacho
5. To decorate use some of the vegetables used in little pieces and add a bit of extra virgin olive oil
