The 13th edition Plaza Culinaria fair took place in Freiburg from 11 to 13 of November. More then 350 exhibitors have participated in the fair this year from Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherland, Austria and Switzerland. During this 3 days the fair have received 42.000 visitors who attended to the activities like live show kitchen, show stage with active exchange between exhibitors and visitors and workshops.
Our partner in Germany DEGUSTO was one of the exhibitors and very kindly they provided us the opportunity to participate with them in the fair showing our best artisan Spanish products: Chorizo del Pueblo, Chorizo de Montaña, Chistorra and Coppa, head of loin “Cabeza de Lomo”.
This year the fair bet in a novelty! The new theme Gourmet Festival, where 5 star chefs from Freiburg´s region have offered a sample of the best cuisines in the region. This new theme was a good gimmick to attract the attention of the public and bring visitors to the fair and for us was a good opportunity to be in contact with public and chefs and to show our artisan products.
