[vc_column_text]Olmeda Orígenes at Sirha Fine Food Fair 2017!France is worldwide known for its haute cuisine being the country with the highest number of Michelin starred restaurants. The most proper place to host the world’s biggest Hospitality and Food Service Fair: Sirha 2017! This edition counted with more than 3000 exhibitors and brands in 11 different sections dedicated to high quality food products, culinary equipment and services for Food Service professionals.
The fair had the promise of thousands opportunities to find new partner and conquer new markets around the world. From the 21 to 25 of January Olmeda Orígenes have participated with its own stand and in this 5 days we were able to met a lot of people interested in Spanish artisan food from 25 different countries and move forward in our international visibility. Our stand was obligatory point at Spanish Pavilion!
At the fair we were fascinating the visitors exhibiting our collection of Cold Meats, Iberian Hams, Artisan Cheeses, etc and also our novelties for 2017: Cooked Octopus ¨Pulpo¨, Smokes Sardines, Cebreiro Cheese and Red Mojo Sauce from Canary Island.
With our artisan Spanish products made in different regions of Spain with excellence and commitment with high quality we were able to inspire chefs and people with new ingredients, ideas, influences and passion.
