28 Oct La Mesa de Olmeda in Dubai

During the second week of September, Olmeda Origenes and Chef Middle East have had the pleasure to organize three consecutive dinners with Olmeda Origenes products at the great Lola’s in Dubai.

A unique opportunity to join chefs from the main resturants and hotels at the country, journalists and opinion leaders, and enjoy a twelve dishes menu made by the Spanish chef Daniel Perez Delgado and the Lebanese chef Georges Chihane. An exciting experience where we have employed our Olmeda Origenes products to create dishes with a clear international vocation like manzanilla olives stuffed with piquillo peppers and cured manchego cheese foam, “ajo blanco” with smoked sardine and basque chilli peppers, tuna tartar with anchodina and crispy tetilla cheese, white anchovies with tempurized gordal olives stuffed with Cabrales cheese,  squid stuffed with sobrasada and chistorra, our fantastic selection of cold cuts and artisan cheese, black rice with our Bomba rice, Bouillabaise with our fish stock and smoked idiazabal cheese, Iberian ham croquettes with piquillo peppers mayonnaise, angus tenderloin with confit and the marvelous desserts made by chef Amine Hmani , based on our fig bread and Manchego cheesecake.

A unique experience by experimenting the versatility and power of our products as an extraordinary raw material to create any dish of the international cuisine… Mediterranean and oriental cuisine linked by Olmeda Origenes products.

A special mention of gratitude to MMI who offered their fantastic wines for these amazing nights in Dubai. Tio Pepe, Marques de Riscal and Codorniu.
