Last week Olmeda Origenes attended the Anuga Food Trade Show 2015 in Cologne, Germany. Anuga is the world’s most important event for food and beverages.
This is the first time that our company has participated in the Trade Show with our own stand. It was a big step for us and a great chance to promote Olmeda Orígenes and learn about trends and developments in the international food and drinks market.
Around 160,000 trade visitors from 192 countries attended this event. Anuga 2015 presented over 7,000 exhibitors from 108 countries of which more than 200 companies were from Spain. Our booth was placed in hall 11.1 in the Spanish Pavilion organized by ICEX.
The 33rd Anuga was opened on Saturday, 10 October 2015 and for five days we had the opportunity to increase awareness of Olmeda Origenes, the best Spanish artisan food company, and show our new products, such as: Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea in olive oil, Smoked Sardines in Olive Oil and “Butifarra” from Catalonia.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]We had the pleasure to receive our clients from Denmark, the United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, France, etc. Also, we received our future partners from Sweden and Iceland and visitors and friends from Thailand, Greece, Germany, Morocco, Italy, Australia, etc.
All the visitors tried and enjoyed the very best of Spanish rural gastronomy. The visitors were particularly impressed by the quality of our Iberian Acorn Ham, our collection of cheeses from all regions of Spain, Piquillo Peppers from Navarra, Gordal Olives from Andalusia, white anchovies, cold meats from Olmeda Origenes…
The next Anuga will take place from 7 to 11 October 2017 and you can be sure that Olmeda Orígenes will be there again.
