08 Jun Macaroni Aldeanos with Sobrasada

[vc_column_text]INGREDIENTS MACARONI ALDEANOS WITH SOBRASADA- 400 g macaroni
- 150 g sobrasada de Mallorca Olmeda Orígenes
- 1/2 bottle of crushed tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic
- Oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- Extra virgin olive oil Olmeda Orígenes
- Salt (Fleur de Sel Olmeda Orígenes)
PREPARATION MACARONI ALDEANOS WITH SOBRASADA:
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Fry lightly over low heat, add the tomatoes and a bit of salt. If the tomatoes were very acid you can add a pinch of sugar.
Take some oregano and bay leaf, leave until the sauce is ready, about 10 or 15 minutes.
While we boil the macaroni according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Drain them and add to the pan where we have the sauce. We add the peeled and chopped spicy sausage and cook stirring it all together for a couple of minutes.
Serve hot. You can put on the table a bowl with grated cheese.
