[vc_column_text]BEANS WITH SPRING ONIONS INGREDIENTS: (2 persons)
- 750 g beans with pods Robin
- 50 g bacon into strips
- 2 spring onions Robiin
- Extra virgin olive oil Olmeda Orígenes
- 1 black glass of vermouth
- Salt
- Pepper
- A sprig of mint
- Cured Manchego cheese artisan El Consuelo, Olmeda Orígenes
- Tomato jam Casa Rufino
PREPARATION BROAD BEANS WITH SPRING ONIONS
Thresh the beans. Put a bit of oil in a pan and roast the bacon, I put plasters low fat for our cholesterol increase as less as possible. Add the onions, peeled and cut into chunks stretched. Saute until they begin to brown.
