08 Jun Broad beans with El Consuelo Cheese


[vc_column_text]BEANS WITH SPRING ONIONS INGREDIENTS: (2 persons)



Thresh the beans. Put a bit of oil in a pan and roast the bacon, I put plasters low fat for our cholesterol increase as less as possible. Add the onions, peeled and cut into chunks stretched. Saute until they begin to brown.

Add the beans. Put salt, pepper and add the mint, stir to mix everything well and pour the vermouth. Cover and let simmer until the beans are tender, stirring occasionally.

Serve accompanied by wedges of cheese with tomato jam.
