Olmeda Orígenes Iberian pancetta is a product made from the best raw material, formed by the pork skin and a layer of fat and meat. Its succulent flavor makes it an ideal ingredient to enjoy fried with a little oil or to give that extra touch of flavor to traditional stews.

Our pigs are raised in freedom in the green mountains of Segovia, and we pamper the whole process to get unique and incomparable pieces. Pancetta is a piece coming from Iberian pigs, fed on acorns, which are then salted, marinated and cured. We are talking about very juicy meat that can even be eaten raw in thin slices, which is the most traditional way of eating Iberian pancetta.
