Our Anchovies are caught in the Cantabrian Sea, exclusively during the spring season, using natural and traditional methods. Once ashore in the port of Santoña, the birthplace of anchovies in Spain, they are carefully selected, cleaned, and hand-packed one by one. A unique detail: inside each tin, you’ll find a note with the name of the person who made that particular anchovy, adding a personal and authentic touch to every tin
