These extraordinary hams are from Black Iberian Pigs, bred in freedom in Extremadura and fed with acorns under the Holm oak and cork oak trees of the Mediterranean forest. Nature and man in perfect harmony.


Our Jamones Ibéricos are curing for at least 48 months and selected at their optimum state to be consumed.

Tasting note

It has an elongated shape and a fine cannon bone.


It is covered with a very soft, shiny layer of fat.
The meat has red purple colour with fat infiltrations. It melts in your mouth with hundreds of very intense and lengthy aromatic nuts nuances.
Simply delicious. Every hams are different and unique.


Best served between 20°-24°. In order to savour and enjoy the subtleties of this Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, it should be cut in very fine slices.
