Tetilla Galicia D.O. Cheese
Iconic cheese due to its conical shape, this “Tetilla” cheese with DOP is made from pasteurized milk from the Galicia cows such as the “Rubia Galega”.
It is conical in shape, has a wholesome mild flavour with a slightly acidic touch and creamy texture. For enjoying the subtleties of this great product, it should be stored cold and removed a few hours before serving. To cut it correctly we will use a knife to cut the cheese in half and then into wedges. The rind is then removed and cut into triangular pieces. It can be eaten as it is or on a toast.
