Ibérico Cebo de Campo Ham

Our premium Iberian Cebo de Campo Ham turns anyone into a real ham-lover with an incomparable taste that melts into your mouth in a perfect symphony of sensations. These hams come from true Iberian black pigs, bred in partial freedom.

These extraordinary pigs are fed in part freedom in the thick and green forests of Extremadura. If by the end of the season they do not weight 180kgs, they are then fed with natural cereals during a whole year. They are raised in big spaces so the pigs can freely move and in this way obtain hams of the best quality. The hams are salted, dried in natural drying facilities and left to cure a minimum of 36 months to guarantee that special taste and captivating aroma.

Tasting note

It has an elongated shape and a fine cannon bone. It is covered with a tender layer of fat, which has a yellowish color, and is slightly oxidized due to its long curing period. The color of the meat varies from an intense pink to a red purple. The fat infiltrations ad the cereal and nut flavors. Every piece is different and unique.
