Chorizo del Pueblo

Craftsmen produce this classical Spanish cold meat in the village of Arbizu amongst oak, beech and chestnut forest. This is the origin of our Chorizo de Pueblo Olmeda Orígenes.

Our Chorizo del Pueblo is made from a selection of the finest meat and the best pork fat. It is minced, kneaded and seasoned with paprika, garlic, salt airing it and curing it for one month in our drying facilities.

Without additives or preservatives.

Tasting note

Intense red colour in horseshoe shape with an irregular surface. On the nose, aromas such as paprika, dried fruit, spices and aromatic herbs stand out. It has a very agreeable texture on the palate with an intense flavour. Tender, elegant and with a spicy finish (in the case of the Spicy Chorizo del Pueblo).

The Olmeda Orígenes Chorizo del Pueblo should be consumed between 17° and 20 °.
