Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The “liquid gold” is the true national treasure of our land: extra virgin olive oil is revered as one of the great products in Spanish gastronomy due to its positive benefits for the health and its culinary versatility.

To offer you the best quality extra virgin olive oil of the market, we had to travel amongst Roman ruins, Arabic walls and medieval castles to the beautiful village of Ácula, in Granada, where this divine olive juice is produced. In the heart of Andalucía, an olive grove paradise of hundreds of years old hosts a wide variety of olives, of which we make a selection at their optimum ripeness of Arbequina, Picual, and Hojiblanca varieties. On the same day, we pressed the olives by means of cold extraction and it is not refined in any way so to keep their natural properties the purest as possible.
