Spanish Iberian Loin of first quality, a gastronomic gift from Villacastín, Segovia to the rest of the world. Served in fine slices, this is a perfect appetizer to eat on its own or in a tapa with a slice of fresh bread.

In the middle of the Castilian mountain range, at an altitude of 1099 metres we produce this exquisite Iberian Loin, one of the noblest pieces of the Iberian pig, which is bred in total freedom. To guarantee an optimum point of curing and indiscutible flavour, it is marinated with paprika, salt and garlic, and then left to cure for six months in our drying cells. Olmeda Orígenes selects the best Iberian loin and looks after a polish presentation to guarantee an incomparable experience to the palate.

Tasting note

Slightly streaked, intense pink colour. It has a fresh aroma of paprika and country herbs. It is soft on the palate, not very salty, elegant and natural.

Our Lomo Ibérico Olmeda Orígenes should be served between 17° and 20°. In order to enjoy and taste all the subtleties of this product, it should be cut in very fine slices.
