From the best breeders of Castilla y León, we select the fattiest white pigs to gift the world with all the tastes and subtleties of this magnificent ham. Our pig are fed with natural cereals and are raised in partial freedom in big spaces until they weight a minimum of 120 Kg.

Moulded and cleaned out by hand by artisan experts. Due to their low salt content, our Gran Reserva hams require a long curing period of minimum 18 months in our drying facilities until they reach their optimum quality to consumed (from 18 to 24 months generally). Selected and artisanal cured so that you can enjoy it alone or in the company of your loved one: on a platter of cold meats, in a tapa, with some picos from Jerez or just put a slice of this ham in your mouth to enjoy an explosion of flavour.

Tasting note

Medium sized. It has an elongated shape and white hoof, it is covered with a semi firm, light-amber coloured layer of fat. The meat is pink with the typical intramuscular fat infiltrations. It has a soft flavour and juicy texture, typical of good Serrano hams.

Best served between 20°- 24°. In order to savour and enjoy the subtleties of this Jamón Bodega, it should be cut in very fine slices.
