We have created an olive of a unique and brand new flavor from high quality green olives. Olives are picked when they are at their optimum point of maduration, they are fermented and deboned. After that they are seasoned and pasteurized. The seasoning is made up of many different natural spices which give the olives a special flavour and smell. They are seasoned following the traditional Andalusian recipe, with garlic and pepper. Finally they are left rest at room temperature in their jars.
